This week I have been working on my blogging schedule for the next couple months and a few blog updates. Before I knew it, it was Saturday and I did not have a post written! But I do want to share a chapter of Romans that I have been reflecting on this week.
I am only posting part of the chapter, but I encourage you to read the rest. Romans is a powerful reminder of God’s grace that saved us from death because of our sin, and brought us to new life in Christ.
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and concerning sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.“
Awesome reminder! I will go ahead and read the rest. Thank you for your encouragement.

Thanks for the encouragement! I love meditating on this passage along with John 3:17-18.
“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.”
And then the glorious truth:
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

Like we were talking about yesterday! We are not bound by the law we are free! And we do as Christ would want us to do in your life!
